At the Carelancer startup, I Led front-end development of a healthcare on-demand platform connecting patients with licensed providers across Canada and the U.S., targeting large-scale usage in underinsured populations.

• Worked in a fully English-speaking, Toronto-based engineering team, collaborating daily in English across product, marketing, and backend.
• Stabilized and refactored a legacy Quasar codebase. I upgraded to the latest version and modernized architecture for long-term maintainability and performance.
• Introduced Tailwind CSS v3 (migrating from an old UnoCSS version), PrimeVue, improved component architecture, and standardized UI patterns.
• Hardened code quality with comprehensive linting, Husky + lint-staged, and strong CI checks.
• Delivered a production-ready hybrid mobile app using Capacitor, ensuring smooth iOS and Android compatibility.

A one-year sabbatical focused on travelling, personal projects and family constraints, relocation to Montreal logistics. Kept skills sharp by prototyping with modern frameworks, exploring new features, and staying up to date with web and cloud technologies.

Built the core front-end foundations for the new Zadig & Voltaire e-commerce platform, migrating from Vue Storefront 2 to Nuxt 3.

• Developed production-ready components built on top of the design system. Also contributed enhancements to the system itself to improve consistency and maintainability across the app.
• Implemented optimized product listing pages with virtualization, lazy loading, and smart prefetch strategies to improve performance on high-traffic pages.

Maintained and extended Odyssée, the supply-chain application powering all Auchan stores.

• Built Nest.js microservices processing real-time logistics events (product creation, supplier changes, warehouse updates) using GCP Pub/Sub.
• Scaffolded the next-gen Nuxt 3 + Tailwind front-end replacing a legacy Vue 2 application.
• Ensured code quality and consistency through solid architecture, testing practices, and component standards.

Contributed to the fitness platform for CORENGTH, a mobile-first PWA built from scratch with Nuxt, Node.js and PostgreSQL.

• Delivered features helping users browse exercises, follow guided workouts, and receive recommendations based on equipment they own or products they could buy.
• Integrated Brightcove Video Player and optimized media loading for smooth training sessions.

Provided on-site support to migrants in the Grande-Synthe camps. Conducted field rounds to identify individuals in distress, distributed emergency supplies (survival blankets, multilingual information sheets), and acted as a liaison with specialized partner organizations (food distribution, water access, phone charging, asylum law support). Assisted with transport and accompaniment to medical, legal, and urgent appointments.

Taught programming fundamentals to second-year students: algorithms, pseudo-code, flow control, functions, I/O handling, and script execution. Designed practical sessions to build reasoning skills and introduce programming basics.

Lead developer for Norauto's new multi-brand and multi-country e-commerce platform (10M+ monthly visitors).

• Designed technical foundations: core components, GraphQL service layer, scalable Nuxt 2 architecture (Composition API-ready for Nuxt 3 migration), and Tailwind CSS.
• Built complex product listing with faceted search optimized to match the business's complex catalog.
• Designed CMS UI components for Contentful and coordinated governance with API teams and marketing stakeholders.
• Collaborated with international teams in Germany, Portugal and Belgium, working in English to align teams across the different markets.

Technical leader contributing to multiple internal applications for Auchan HQ.

• Migrated Angular 2/4 apps to Vue 2 and delivered new Vue applications for stock tracking, loyalty/gift card operations, live sales monitoring, store reference data, and more.
• Worked closely with backend teams (Java Spring, Node.js) and handled CI/CD pipelines, architecture decisions, and component libraries.
• Provided expertise on Vue.js, Nest.js, Clean Architecture, GCP, Firebase, GitLab CI/CD, and modern front-end practices.

Contributed to two major ADEO products:

• Hommy (new app), the digital health record of your home. PWA built with Vue 2 and Ionic; delivered continuous improvements and architectural refinements.
• MDHData (1K unique monthly users), the internal product catalog built using Nuxt SSR with Tailwind, Vuetify, Storybook. The backend is built in Nest.js with CQRS, DDD, Event Sourcing, and Elasticsearch. Strengthened foundations across the stack in TypeScript.

Key contributor and later technical lead within Auchan's internal apps ecosystem.

• Built and modernized data-visualization apps used daily by 15,000+ employees to monitor sales, operations, and store performance.
• Led migrations from Angular to Vue 2 across several major applications and introduced quality, performance, and architecture standards.
• Collaborated with Product Owners to align technical choices with business goals.
• Tech stack included Vue.js 2, Angular 2 to 4, Java, Node.js, SQL, and modern Gitlab CI/CD tooling.

As part of Urbilog's R&D team, built prototypes using modern web technologies: AngularJS, Angular 2+, Vue.js, WebSockets, WebRTC, Ionic, and multiple CSS frameworks.

• Gained early exposure to full-stack product exploration and rapid prototyping.
• Built accessibility-first navigation flows in an Ionic mobile app, enabling visually impaired users to receive guided map directions in the parisian subway network.
• Participation in the development of website accessibility audits such as the AirFrance case.

I worked as part of a 6-person team (5 animators + 1 team leader) in a camping supporting 19 adult vacationers with moderate to high autonomy.

• Planned and delivered a 3-weeks activity program (games, physical and creative workshops, excursions, local events), prepared meals, handled daily housekeeping while involving participants, monitored medication routines, managed emergencies, and contributed to daily team debriefs.

Developed a multi-channel communication platform for hearing-impaired users using WebRTC, AngularJS, Ionic, Node.js, and Electron. Contributed to accessibility-focused UX and real-time communication features.

I served on a team of 5 (4 animators + 1 team leader) at a farm supporting 15 adult vacationers with moderate to high autonomy.

• Organized activities over a 3-weeks stay on the farm, coordinated outings and workshops, prepared meals, maintained living spaces with participant involvement, ensured medication tracking, and supported crisis management and daily team coordination.
